INDA WATSONS Vogue: Twentieth Century Fashion charts the course of style as seen in the magazines pages in the last 100 years. Watson believes the twentieth century as one with the greatest change: from a time when the showing of an ankle was shocking to see-through garments and G-strings being acceptable fare at a catwalk show. Fashion went from mere clothing to a force which influences, in the authors words in a recent interview, food to mannerisms, music to sex.
Vogue: Twentieth Century Fashion, by Linda Watson
ABLO ROVERSI is well known for his work in Italian Vogue. This much-anticipated book shows some of the best-known faces from the modelling worldincluding Tatjana Patitz, Shalom Harlow, Milla Jovovich, Audrey Marnay, Angela Lindvall and Amber Vallettain as unadorned a fashion as possible: no borders, no colour and no clothing. There have been some criticisms that the techniques used are repetitive, although almost all the images are tastefully done.
Nudi, by Pablo Roversi

NE of our favourite British designers, Vivienne Westwood, is deservedly a part of her nation's fashion culture.
