Who picked the clothes?
The styling was the work of two Otago Polytechnic students who volunteered when Lucire found itself in a bind due to a team member missing her flight. It proved to be a godsend: Marcia Hudson and Anjali Stewart knew all the stores and, being fashion students, were able to enthusiastically tackle each one. Their first shoot was given an extra professional boost by Aliana Nicolls and Danelle Radel—Aliana had styled in New York while Danelle, with her Klone Hair salon, is a respected hairstylist in Dunedin, New Zealand.
