If you are comfortable with ordering via secure servers on Internet Explorer 7, please continue to the subscription page. If not,
please read on. Firefox, Maxthon and other users may encounter a
similar warning box as detailed below. Do not worry. Our server
is secure, and your browser is simply being over-protective.
WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE to Lucire, there are a few things you need to bear in mind.
First, with the new Internet Explorer 7, your
computer may get over-protective when you try to subscribe. We have
a secure server for your transactions, but when switching from regular
pages to a secure page, you may see this screen:
Do not panic. This just means the security certificate we use has
details that dont feature the word Lucire, because
its with our parent company. Your transaction is secure, and
any credit card information you put in wont be seen by anyone
other than us.
Just click on the words ‘Continue to this website’:
This is totally safe. Remember that if you get to a phishing site,
Internet Explorer 7 will usually tell you. You should then get to
our subscription page, and this URLhttps://www.lucire.com/subscribe.shtmlin
the browser address bar. The page is similar to the one below.
Secondly, we will enter you into a prize draw
on this endbut we wont add you to a mailing list (other than the one to fulfil your order, of course). Thats because, unlike our competitors, we hate spam. The only way you can get on our emailing list is to ask: go to the community page and feed in your name and email address.
