Organic Spa Magazine held their lavish seventh annual media event in New York at the Pierre Hotel, serving as the hub of all must-have desirable products and brands. Rona Berg and Bev Maloney-Fishback certainly put together a reliable repertoire of brands that are either emerging on the market or already embraced by beauty aficionados.

Desert Essence provides users with products that are made with clean and refreshing ingredients, made to deeply penetrate into the skin for a radiantly refreshing look. The brand includes body scrubs, finishing sprays, facial scrubs, and cleansers.

For a tinted lotion that flaunts a long-lasting nourishing effect, Rejuva Minerals presented their sheer tinted moisturizer. Clean Well is one’s go-to for an easy-to-use hand sanitizer that contains mild ingredients for safe use. For the ultimate wellness escape, Emerson Resort and Spa shared their magnificent Italian-based skincare and wellness brand, Comfort Zone. ImmuneSchein Turmeric Ginger Elixir, with no water, vinegar, alcohol, artificial flavours and preservatives, wasintroduced as a 2019 Good Food Award Recipient. Aromas Para el Alma, with a Costa Rican-based lab, embraces organically certified and raw materials for soothing and conditioning solutions.

For those intent on ensuring health and wellness on-the-go, JadeYoga’s Voyager is the optimal travel mat of convenience. Other brands on-hand include Foreo, Tracie Martyn, Le Monastère des Augustines and many more.

We are always on the look out for beauty brands and formulations that are pleasantly light yet effective. The Cosmoprof North America sneak-peek event, which took place at the Italian Trade Commission in New York, served as a slight glimpse of the vastly much awaited Cosmoprof Las Vegas annual trade show in July. The intimate gathering introduced attendees to internationally based brands: 18.21 Man Made, Ancorotti Cosmetics, d’Alchémy, Veriphy Skincare, HCT Group, l’Alga Ocean Technology, Ao Skincare, Pennelli Faro, O’o Hawaii, La Luer, Bondi Chic and many more. Each international brand had something to add to any beauty regimen. •

Editor’s note: Jody Miller’s full Cosmoprof report will follow shortly in Lucire.
