Victoria Beckham in Elizabeth Mason Couture—how the choice came about
While we have the ‘Scene’ section in some of the print editions of Lucire, we aren’t exactly a paparazzi magazine. However, every now and then we do come across shots that may be of interest independently of the events we attend, such as these two. Both are of Victoria Beckham: the ?rst, she wears the Elizabeth Mason Couture Black Pearl lace cocktail dress on New Year’s Eve, escorted by her husband David, in London.
Secondly, while Roberto Cavalli took plenty of deserved credit for his work on the Spice Girls’ costumes in their comeback tour, Posh did wear a hat by Mason for her appearance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on December 4. Thanks to stylist Dave Tomas, Beckham wore this hat, and it was this that led to Tomas’s selection of the Black Pearl dress for her.
Now you know how she got to wear a dress from Elizabeth Mason.
