On the site today: assistant fashion editor Bronwyn Williams talks about trends for 2011. A few weeks ago, we attended presentations from the Massey University trends’ students, and we found that the majority of forecasts they identiﬁed were in line with our thinking. Bron elaborates on these more, as well as the key trends she has picked out for ’11.
Meanwhile, couturier Georges Chakra seems to be on trend, too, based on what Bron and I considered. His autumn–winter 2009–10 collection, which we also put on the site today, is completely on trend, and we’ll even be seeing some of these themes emerge in the southern spring–summer.
