Here are some of the Armani-designed outfits from yesterday’s opening ceremony at the Festival de Cannes (Cannes Film Festival).
As revealed earlier this week in Lucire, Robin Hood star Russell Crowe wore a black one-button shawl collar microfibre Giorgio Armani tuxedo. His wife, Danielle Spencer, wore a Giorgio Armani Privé white silk plisse halter evening gown. The dress features a low open back and silver and gold Swarovski crystals on the bustier.
Kristin Scott Thomas wore a Giorgio Armani Privé mermaid style bustier dress, embroidered all over with aurora borealis-coloured dégradé sequins.
Benicio del Toro, a member of the Cannes jury, wore a one-button peak lapel Giorgio Armani tuxedo.
Roberta Armani, the niece of the designer, wore a Giorgio Armani blue navy silk cady bustier dress, embroidered on the ruffle.
The latest celebrity whom Giorgio Armani has dressed last night is Aishwarya Rai. She wore a Giorgio Armani Privé black evening dress with layered embroidery in lacquered black jet beads and multi-coloured crystals at the bust.
