To kick off the start of his sponsorship of the Australian Ballet, Australia’s leading make-up artist Napoleon Perdis is releasing the Love Unleashed collection to complement the Ballet’s upcoming performance of Romeo & Juliet. ‘Like the score or the set design, the make-up direction establishes the mood for the performance,’ says Perdis. He goes on to say that a classic love story such as Romeo & Juliet calls for a soft romantic look and that he wanted to capture the young lovers’ all-consuming passion.
