Many companies talk about sustainability, but how many actually create new products from their own end-products?
Nespresso’s new Pixie coffee machines are made from recycled capsules, among other materials. The aluminium in the new line of machines comes from 98 per cent recycled capsules, with c. 100 capsules per panel.
The machines come in two colours: carmine and brown, suiting modern décors, and retail at NZ$499.
Nespresso encourages further recycling, asking customers to deposit used Nespresso capsules at the Auckland, New Zealand boutique.
