In this week’s fashion Instagram round-up I have first included my new obsession: Australian model Bambi (Steph) Northwood-Blyth. Here Bambi takes a bathroom selfie in super-cute retro overalls and a white sweater underneath. The other model featured this week is Texas-born 17-year-old Binx Walton. The spring ’14 up-and-comer looks airport-chic in a black-on-black outfit.
In European style this week, I have first included my favourite French style icon, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld. She looks smashing in a shoot for Vogue España in a white-on-white ensemble—no doubt my favourite trend of the week. Also included is street-style mogul Caroline de Maigret. De Maigret is posted on the street by Jak & Jil’s Instagram which is known to be shot by captivating street photographer Tommy Ton.
Over the ditch in Australia this week, super-stylish Big Brother Australia housemate Tully Smyth looks effortlessly chic in a black T and ’90s-style choker. This is paired with minimal make-up and a pulled-back bun, the classic Aussie style I have come to know and love. Sara Donaldson from Aussie blog Harper and Harley is spotted wearing, once again, white-on-white. She wears a Josh Goot dress paired with simplistic and strappy Windsor Smith heels.
My new label-obsession this week is Spell Gypsy Collective, which is based in Byron Bay, Australia. Spell has posted this shot of a stunningly stylish customer wearing their new Indian Summer Romper. I can’t wait for my Spell Coconut crochet skirt to arrive!
Finally, I have been encouraged to include some of my style from the week, so I have finally jumped on the Instagram bandwagon. Here I am at the Lucire office on casual Friday, wearing vintage Levi cut-offs, a black leotard, Topshop boutique flatforms and a vintage kimono from one of my favourite local shops, Jetsetbohemian.
