the following year's trends. Instead, there seems to be an innate
sense of where the label should head.
For summer 2002, Panos has endowed his range with
more denim detailing, sporty styles and animal prints.
Swimsuits such as the Kleopatra, Naxos and Paxi
feature metal studs and harder-edged designs, hardly what one might
have forecast when the designs were being conceived in 2001but
seems particularly suited to a certain buyer now that we have arrived
in summer 2002.
Kleopatrathe 2002 versioncontrasts
the softness of the feminine form with the mechanical hints presented
by the denim studs on the design.
