| EVERY TIME fashion designer
Megan Tuffery and I have lunch, we seem
to be on a different continent. Not too long ago it was Europe. Brussels,
which she has adopted as her second home, doesn’t have the immediate
cachet of a Prague or Paris, but as I found out through the eyes of
a fashion designer, there’s more to Belgium than waffles, fries
and Tintin.
