Miller Girl—Nicole Miller

’EIGHTIES PUNK ROCK meets pirate girl in this collection of Miller Girl, a new line by Nicole Miller. Micro-miniskirts, camouflage, and headbands are a few of the concepts that Nicole Miller has brought to the table, in this collection. Tailored jackets with running buttons on the lapel, very seaworthy, were paired with camouflaged cropped ruched pants and stilettos. Blue-and-white-stripped tanks with hip slung white capris were followed by a black lace baby doll dress. Being that this collection is for more of a juniors–early 20-something downtown gal, I was not the target audience in this case, at least not anymore. Maybe the overall message was lost on me, except for a few key pieces.
