The centrepiece of the new showroom is a 10 ft tall chandelier decorated with 630,000 Swarovski crystals.

Celebrities attending the launch included two Bond girls from different remakes of Casino Royale, Jacqueline Bisset and Eva Gréen; Juliette Binoche, Sara Marchal, Alice Taglioni, Lola Karimova, Thierry Lhermitte, Clotide Courau, Charles Berling and Camille Japy, Clotilde Courau, Philippe Labro, Irene Frain, Ingrid Roosen-Trinks, Jean-Claude Jitrois, Enrique Murciano, and Xavier Deluc. Virginie Ledoyen stood out as the celebrity most eyes were on in her satin Yves Saint Laurent dress, while Lily Cole proved one could wear pink to a swanky function in the Haute Joaillerie district. •
