Lady Gaga has completed her time in Japan and has headed to Taichung, Taiwan, where an outdoor concert at the City’s Fulfilment Amphitheatre on Sunday attracted 6,000 fans.
At a press conference, Gaga thanked Taiwanese fans, acknowledging their generosity. ‘It was a very special night, and I will never forget it,’ she says.
Mayor Jason Hu even declared Sunday ‘Lady Gaga Day’.
The singer winds up her four-day stay in Taiwan on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga’s representative, Holly Shakoor, has responded to earlier claims that the singer and associated companies skimmed donations from the sale of bracelets to raise funds for the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
‘This misguided lawsuit is without merit and unfortunately takes attention away from the kind deeds of the fans around the world who are supporting the people of Japan,’ said Shakoor.
