Zegna’s summer 2025 show, premièring its collection Us, in the Oasi of Linen, featured a celebrity on the catwalk with its last look: Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen.
The show, held in an empty industrial building, was decorated with metal blades apeing linen. Artistic director Alessandro Sartori has focused on the material for the season. ‘Oasi Lino is not only traceable and true to our commitment to sustainability, but it is also as malleable and sensual as the idea of summer dressing we are prompting. There is something quintessentially Italian to this collection, in the gentry world the shapes suggest and the insouciant manner they are worn by men who play buoyantly with their own appearance.’
The collection shows neutral shades on easy, soft silhouettes, voluminous overcoats and jackets, elongated blazers, notchless collars on the knitted shirts and tailored overshirts, and mesh and printed polos. The Il Conte jacket is available with and without sleeves. The Mocassin loafer is the only shoe design in the show.
