A limited-time pop-up from May 21 to 27, at Regent Hong Kong’s the Lobby Lounge will provide a rare opportunity to tantalize burger aficionados and deliver a satisfying global counterpoint to the hotel’s celebrated indigenous cuisine. For one week only you can avail yourself of an exclusive culinary collaboration with Japan’s award-winning Shōgun Burger, who brings its gourmet brand signature wagyu creations to the city for the very first time. A far cry from the usual drive-in fare, these burgers have the potential to rock your world.
A sensation across Japan and social media, each burger is crafted from premium Japanese black wagyu, coarsely ground and never frozen, then smashed and seared to juicy perfection on a hot iron plate. The result: a rich, savoury experience that has earned Shōgun Burger top honours at prestigious foodie competitions. Four signature burgers will be on offer, but we advise starting with the classic double cheese burger, served with French fries and a trio of house-made sauces. Dessert and beverage included at around US$50.
Limited availability daily. Restaurant reservations can be made via the online booking platform at hongkong.regenthotels.com.
