Aman brand ambassador and wellness adviser, tennis legend Novak Đoković, has created a series of holistic, performance-driven retreats for the luxury retreat group. The first, the detoxification programme, is now available year-round at select Aman destinations.
The Olympic gold medallist and the winner of 24 Grand Slam men’s single titles said, ‘I’m very proud to be a global wellness adviser for Aman. The vision and mission that the brand has, and I have, [are] very much aligned. We have a common language.’
Aman says the programme, ‘a guided reset for body, mind and spirit,’ has tangible results based on Đoković’s experience.
The programme is for three days, with some variation between properties. On day one, there is a signature Aman treatment (90–150 minutes). On day two, Amangiri guests experience yoga on the rocks overlooking the Utah desert, while at Amanbagh, guests experience pinda sweda, an Ayurvedic treatment using herbal boluses. The final day sees a body–mind–spirit balancing activity for an hour.
Currently, the programme can be booked at Amanpuri (Thailand), Amanbagh (India), Aman Tokyo, Aman New York, Amangiri (USA), Amanyara (Turks & Caicos), and Aman Nei Lert Bangkok.
