It wasn’t that long ago that Araya A. Hargate (Chompoo) was the L’Oréal Paris ambassador that everyone in Thailand recognized; that honour seems to have shifted to Rebecca Patricia Armstrong, a.k.a. Becky Armstrong, who is attending Festival de Cannes for the first time.

Fellow ambassadors Ariana Greenblatt, Luma Grothe, Andie MacDowell, Nuttanicha Dungwattanawanich (Nychaa), and Eva Longoria lit up the red carpet for the French cosmetics’ giant.

Chanel had two of their ambassadors out for day 3: Anna Mouglalis and Anamaria Vartolomei. Mouglalis was on the red carpet for the première of Dalloway in a pleated dress in black lace embroidered with sequins, look 61 from the house’s autumn–winter 2025–6 prêt-à-porter collection, complemented by the Champ de Blé cuff, Emilienne ring, Boutin de Camélia necklace, all in 18 ct white gold and diamonds, and Chanel shoes and make-up.

Vartolomei’s choice as she walked the red carpet for the première of L’intérêt d’Adam (Adam’s Sake) was inspired by look 41 of the autumn–winter 2024–5 haute couture collection: a black satin dress with bustier adorned with crystals and embroidered braids, and a peplum adorned with black feathers. The dress took 327 hours to make and has 4,300 embroidered elements. The Chanel cocktail ring was in white gold and diamonds, and Cascade No. 5 earrings in white gold and diamonds.
