Maria Grachvogel also stayed with the lighter shades but differentiated her spring–summer 2011 collection with much longer dresses. Paul Costelloe, who had opened the week’s collections, went with a much less traditional approach, with dresses designed for the partygoer, and men’s suits and coats had metallic fabrics, following a similar philosophy. •
