Chef Gabriel pays close attention to detail and approaches each plate with particular attentiveness and a sublime meticulous touch. Notably, the cuisine has the hallmarks of the chef's Franco–Swiss–German inspiration.
As a member of the distinguished Les Grandes Tables du Monde as well as the reputable Relais et Châteaux, Gabriel Kreuther combines the epitome of elegance along with the utmost culinary sophistication. The full experience is a step back into old New York, with a dash of European flair, as a hospitable team provides each individual their undivided attention to ensure an adventure like no other. The lavish and spacious setting is a welcoming atmosphere, with elegance and glamour resonating throughout. The gourmet quest, reflected by satisfyingly appetizing dishes, is a treat for both the eyes and mouth.
Start your decadent experience with Chef Gabriel’s much applauded savoury kougelhopf. The Alsatian classic is inviting and palatable, served with a mouth-watering chive fromage blanc. The kougelhopf makes the traditional bread and butter option at the start of the meal seem too drab and boring.
For a total symphony of taste, the hen of the woods mushroom tarte flambée is a delightful experience with a taste of delicate mushrooms, comté cheese and a dab of nutmeg. Delve into the complete culinary adventure by trying the foie gras terrine, the subtle flavours making one appreciate each delicate bite. For foie gras lovers intent on a new taste, opt for the cooked version, with its silky and succulent texture, sure to lure the culinary adventurer.
