Reese Cooper’s new RC Outdoor Supply (RCOS) line has launched in partnership with Pacsun.

Cooper had begun developing a line of outdoor products in late 2021, in addition to his runway collections. Pacsun and Cooper saw the opportunity to work together and bring his work to a wider audience at a more affordable price.

‘As someone who has always been in awe of the outdoors, especially living in California, I wanted this collection to be as accessible as possible like the environments it is inspired by,’, said Cooper. ‘Designed and influenced with my friends in mind, the ethos of RCOS is to create product that holds up in all environments, for any activity, whether that’s running around in the city or on a mountain. These products are for any and everyone. This is stuff you’re supposed to get dirty, and most importantly, have fun while doing so. When it comes to outdoor activities, l’m an enthusiast, not a professional. I strongly believe it’s important to explore new things, learn new places, get out of your comfort zone. I wanted this collection to give you the tools to help you do that.’

The collection aims to bridge streetwear and outdoor exploration, and goes on sale today at Pacsun.com and Pacsun retailers throughout the US, and Cooper’s new website for the line, rcoutdoorsupply.com. Select global retailers will carry a selection.

A percentage of sales from Pacsun and Cooper’s own channels will be donated to partners and organizations encouraging outdoor exploration and nature preservation, including One Tree Planted.

The first release features, among other items, taped-seam shell pieces, insulated outerwear, cargo pants, graphic Ts, hoodies, and sweatpants. Fabrics include nylon, sherpa fleece, waffle knits, heavyweight cottons and compression. There is a unique trim system including custom rock pullers, zippers and speed belts, and specially branded buttons, toggles and labels. Cooper’s Hook appears on some of the pieces.

Sizes range from XXS to XXL.

The look book was photographed by Cam Hicks and Juliana Salazar, and the visual campaign by Stefan Kohli, alongside Cooper and a group of friends on a six-day road trip along the Pacific coast.
