[Cross-posted] I’ve posted a few things that are relevant to Wellington—my home—over at our new site, Your Wellington (yourwellington.org). The one that has had the most feedback over the last 24 hours (both on the blog and on Twitter) is a post I made about free wifi in the city and the need to have a clear IT strategy.
The purpose behind the blog is to get views about Wellington, and to see if a blog can be used as a tool for democracy and transparency for the city. I’m surprised that such a thing does not already exist for a city that had been a leader with online technology.
I’d love to hear from you about some of your issues for our city—either through my feedback form, on Facebook, as a comment below or on Twitter.
