Other angles on Unique and Matthew Williamson at London Fashion Week

News

February 21, 2011/9.46

ITN has its take on the Topshop Unique show—hinting that the Cruella de Vil inspiration was a dig at Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Not really a conclusion we were drawn to make ourselves.
Matthew Williamson is known for his celebrity friends, and Yasmin Le Bon, Twiggy and Poppy Delevigne reveal some personal secrets about him at his autumn–winter 2011–12 show. Both Delevigne and Mrs Lawson say Williamson is a good dancer—which the designer admits to.
In earlier segments, Alexa Chung, Pixie Geldof, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Jamie Winstone and Nicola Roberts made it to Henry Holland’s show, with Chung and Geldof borrowing items for parties. There are a few more words from T4’s Jameela Jamil, as well as Alexis Jordan, at Jaeger London.
