Although we’ve opted to do a post-event recap for this year’s 75th Festival de Cannes and not have individual news items during the event, we’ve made one exception for Kristen Stewart, as she appears for Chanel discussing her role in David Cronenberg’s Crimes of the Future.
Stewart stars alongside Viggo Mortensen and Léa Seydoux. The film shares its title with one Cronenberg made in 1970 but is not a remake. The body horror flick, which received a six-minute standing ovation at the Festival, is in competition for the Palme d’Or.
