Many of us had been waiting for a decent celebrity shin-dig, so good on our colleagues at the US edition of Elle for putting on their do celebrating women in Hollywood on Monday night, with presenting sponsors Ralph Lauren, Amyris, and Lexus.
The 29th annual Elle Women in Hollywood Celebration, presided by its US editor-in-chief Nina García, honoured Ariana DeBose, Anne Hathaway, Zoë Kravitz, Issa Rae, Sydney Sweeney, Sigourney Weaver, Olivia Wilde, and Michelle Yeoh. Nick Kroll hosted the event at the Getty Center in Los Angeles, while individual awards were presented by Mindy Kaling, Keke Palmer, Kristen Bell, Kerry Washington, Kate Berlant, Maude Apatow and Charlize Theron.
With Ralph Lauren a presenting sponsor, many of the attending celebs donned designs from its range, including Hathaway, DeBose, Kaling, Alexandra Shipp, Lily Kwong, Jurnee Smollett, Bella Heathcote, Amelie Zilber, and Raph.
Guests included Wanda Sykes, Madison Beer, Finneas and Claudia Sulewski, Hayley Bieber, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (formerly Mj Rodriguez), Mackenzie Ziegler, Maddie Ziegler, Bella Heathcote, Olivia Culpo, Nafeesa Williams, Tiffany Haddish, Christine Chiu, Demi Singleton, Stephanie Shepherd, Thuso Mbedu, Jameela Jamil, Saniyya Sidney, Naomi Watts, Lauren Ridloff, Quinta Brunson, Monica Barbaro, Judd Apatow, Billy Crudup, Ayo Edebiri, Whitney Peak, and Ari Fournier. According to the list, Monica Barbaro, Trinity Bliss, Lauren Bush Lauren, Meena Harris, Patti Harrison, Mitra Jouhari, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Isabela Merced, Tia Mowry, David Lauren, and Kenzie Siegler were also among the VIPs.
