Mango has collaborated with Simonmiller on its spring–summer 2023 collection, blending Mango’s Mediterranean style with Simonmiller’s Californian.
The capsule collection has been inspired by the underwater world, which Mango says ‘a playful approach to classic luxury’. Vibrant stripes and prints with colours dialled up are entirely in keeping with a 2023 that’s about bright shades that pop, and Simonmiller × Mango delivers.
The primary colours form the base, while linen and cotton dominate the materials. Polyamide and a towel texture also feature.
Accessories include chunky sandals, balloon glasses, faffia, and maxi-hats.
The campaign has been photographed by Ronan Gallagher, and filmed by Tom Dream. The characters in the 1970s-inspired campaign are meant to be on a cruise liner. Simonmiller CEO and creative director Chelsea Hansford also appears in the campaign.
Recent collaborators have included Leandra Medine, Chufy, Pernille and Camille Charrière.
