Here’s a very special, limited-edition offering from Adidas Originals and BAPE, as the latter celebrates its 30th anniversary.
The Forum 84 BAPE Low Triple-White sneaker will drop in an NFT auction beginning August 22 via Adidas Collect. The auction, supported by the Adidas /// Studio (Three Stripes Studio) will last 72 hours, closing on August 25.
This is Adidas’s first asset auction, in partnership with Moonpay, through which 100 NFTs will be available.
The 100 holders of the Adidas Originals × BAPE Fresh Forum Access Pass NFT will be able to redeem it for the physical pair of the sneakers and its digital representation via Adidas Collect on September 25.
The Forum 84 sneaker features a shooting star motif on the lateral upper, and A Bathing Ape embossed in silver metallic foil. Each pair also has an embedded NFT chip in the left tongue, through which the owner can access the certificate of authenticity.
