Earlier this year, we brought you news of Liberty’s collaboration with Specsavers; now the famed design house and department store has teamed up with Puma for a second capsule collection.
The campaign uses real, strong, empowered women: Deba, a model and activist of Kurdish heritage; Ami Evelyn Hughes, founder of cult art magazine Gut; Taya Francis, textile designer with West Indian heritage; and Bones Tan Jones, artist and musician.
The images were shot on a farm in the British countryside.
The collection treads the line between sportswear and fashion, with Liberty’s stunning camouflage-inspired print appearing centre-stage on many of the designs. The collection includes long raincoats, pleated skirts, wide-leg pants, sweatpants, T-shirts and crew necks. Beige, green and yellow are the principal colours for this spring 2022 collection. Sneakers and accessories feature Liberty floral prints. Prices range from NZ$70 to NZ$400 in New Zealand.
