We are as guilty as many media for covering a lot of the opening of the Festival de Cannes, but less of the closing. On the last few days, we spotted Mary J. Blige and Camilla Belle in Gucci, while at the closing ceremony last night, jury member Kate Beckinsale wowed us in Nina Ricci (pictured with Benicio del Toro in our photograph below), Palme d’Or MC Kristin Scott Thomas wore a canary yellow Lanvin dress with de Grisogono jewellery, and Judith Godreche was glamorous in Emilio Pucci and Swarovski jewellery. Emmanuelle Béart shunned gowns for a fuchsia blouse and a black tailored suit, also accessorized by Swarovski.
