The late Lee Alexander McQueen will be recognized with an exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, designer Stella McCartney, and UK First Lady and British Fashion Council ambassador Samantha Cameron were present to promote the Met’s Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty, opening on May 4.
The exhibition will feature over 100 McQueen creations.
In the video below, which kicks off with Cheryl Cole in a McQueen dress, Cameron and Wintour offer comments. Wintour believes the McQueen label is in good hands under Sarah Burton.

Make sure you fix the title, since this incredulous exhibition is at the Met and not MoMA
