Fashion stylist course

The days may be getting shorter, there is no shortage of events in New Zealand.
   Jeff Gray BMW and Mini on the Hutt Road in Kaiwharawhara, Wellington will have an open day on February 25. Come on out as there’ll be face painting, children’s programmes, classic Minis, on-the-spot prizes and the latest BMW and Mini cars. Classic Hits FM will be there from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the events will run till 4 p.m.
   Urbis Designday returns on March 24 in Auckland, with graphics, interactive videos, architectural pavilions, cooking and fashion. The theme for this seventh year is Colour in Motion. Tickets are NZ$30 per person or NZ$50 for a double, available at eventfinder.co.nz. Door sales are available on the day at Urbis Designday HQ, Mini Garage, Ponsonby Road, from 10 a.m.
   Miss Universe New Zealand‘s final will be held on Sunday, June 3 at the Amora Hotel ballroom in Wellington, with events for the contestants being held the week prior. The Museum Art Hotel will be their main base, and a mid-week charity show will take place there.
   Angela Stone—one of the most stylish women we know—informs us that the next Styleyou Fashion Stylist Course is in Wellington on June 25. The course teaches how one can become a fashion stylist, and how one can set up a styling business. ‘As a fashion stylist you will learn how to create an original edge, successfully dress clients, use accessories, understand body shapes, work with colour and so much more,’ according to the release.
