Bees Blessing has released another very healthy cordial, a limited-edition Lemon & Thyme, made from wild thyme from Central Otago and wild Otago thyme honey.
As with other Bees Blessing cordials, it has been sweetened with honey, not sugar, and has no additives or preservatives.
Bees Blessing suggests that not only can the cordial be drunk on its own, it can work as an ingredient in cocktails. Lucire Home has a sampling of some of the summer cocktail recipes devised by Bees Blessing founder and co-owner, Ian Stewart.
Its products are available at Commonsense Organics and Moore Wilson in Wellington, New Zealand, with other locations being sought.
