Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened on Wednesday, December 13, with 36 first-to-market restaurants and bars, with more to come in the New Year. Chefs Gabriela Cámara, Evan Funke and Josh Capon, and restaurateurs David Grutman, David Rodolitz and Alan Yau are among those joining the resort.
The grand opening saw VIPs including Lenny Kravitz, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Tom Brady, Tommy Hilfiger and Dee Ocleppo, Eva Longoria, Cher and Alexander ‘A. The resort lies on nearly 25 acres adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center District on the Las Vegas Strip. The property had been acquired by Fontainebleau Development in partnership with Koch Real Estate Investments.
