Audi, with Best Buddies International, had a great day on September 6 raising money for people with disabilities with a bicycle ride from Château Julien to Hearst Castle. With S4 and R8 models in support, and hosted by Californian First Lady Maria Shriver, celebrities joining the fund-raising included actor Rob Lowe (Brothers & Sisters), Olympic gold medallist Carl Lewis, musician Kenny G, actor, producer and director Clint Eastwood, actress Kelly Hu and model Donna Feldman, among others. Cyclists Bobby Julich, Axel Merckx, Aaron Olsen, Kimberly Baldwin, Kim Anderson and Mari Holden also joined the 100-mile ride. The Black Eyed Peas also played at the event. |
