Racing driver, Derek Bell, MBE, has been taking the new Bentley Continental Supersports for a spin. Except when you are a legend like Bell, that ‘spin’ would, necessarily, have to be at the Nürburgring, over 12 miles. The car will do 329 km/h (204 mph) and can run on E85 biofuel, part of a commitment by Bentley to have its entire model range running the fuel by 2012.
US models will initially be petrol-only, with flex-fuel capability in mid-2010, following regulatory approval.
The videos feature an introduction by Bell in the first, the drive around the ’Ring in the second, and a summary in the third.
