Cheryl Cole: Messy Little Raindrops
Polydor Records

Artwork for Cheryl Cole’s new album, Messy Little Raindrops, has been publicly shown by Polydor. Cole wears a bright off-the-shoulder dress and five-inch Christian Louboutin shoes.
The album was mostly recorded in Los Angeles when Cole was recuperating from malaria and spending time with her friend Derek Hough.
She has collaborated with Travie McCoy and Dizzee Rascal on the album.
Cole has retained, as industry experts expected, her married name, despite her break from footballer Ashley Cole.
The British media currently report that her ex-husband is mentioned negatively in one of the songs.
An early review by the Murdoch Press says ‘Happy Tears’ contains references directed at Ashley Cole.
The singer is expected to discuss her break-up on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories on ITV1, October 23 at 10 p.m.
