A little over a week ago, we were farewelling one of our team members as she headed to the UK to write for us there. And who did we bump in to but the four girls from Avidiva—Jen, Kelly, Hayley and Amy, on a rare Saturday night out to chill, rather than sing on stage?
The ladies had compiled a list of challenges, which included getting a man to serenade them and securing other items, all reminiscent of a new iPhone app from Wee Black Sheep Entertainment called Girls Night Out.
The app is a lot more comprehensive than the singing girl group’s A4 list, but the spirit is as fun and is ideal for a bachelorette party, a birthday celebration, or a night out with the girls.
According to the developers, ‘The idea is to head out to a bar with a group of friends and fire up the game when you get there. With more than 175 virtual cards in six categories including “Truth Be Told”, “The Hunter”, and “Naughty Girl”, the app sends players on hilarious missions around the bar and awards points to those who rack up the most wins. Players can also create their own custom cards to personalize the experience.’
It would have been quite handy for the quartet, and perhaps they will arm themselves later this month when Girls Night Out hits the Apple app store.

Ohhh, so you mean the next time a girl hits on me at the bar, it’ll be a result of some girly iphone app. Hmmmm….. I’m okay with that! :-)
Well put, Steph!
