The British Fashion Council has announced, as part of its British Fashion Awards, the British Style award for 2010, with nominees that the public can vote on.
The award, created last year, was first given to supermodel Kate Moss.
While voters can write in their favourite, a list of contenders has been given by the Council, and includes Alexa Chung, Cheryl Cole, Emma Watson, Georgia Jagger, Lara Stone, Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood.
The winner is the person who best ’embodies the spirit of British fashion and is an international ambassador for the UK as a leading creative hub for fashion.’
Voting closes November 26 at its website, www.britishfashionawards.com/britishstyle.
