Australian chain Myer has shown its autumn–winter 2012 collections at the Myer Mural Hall in Melbourne tonight, with ambassadors Jennifer Hawkins (Miss Universe 2004), Jessica Hart, and Kris Smith.
Labels represented included Ellery, Yeojin Bae, Magdalena Velevska, Aurelio Costarella, Toni Maticevski, Sass & Bide, Karen Walker, Jayson Brunsdon, Politix, Arthur Galan AG and Hugo Boss.
Make-up and hair were created by Kevin Murphy and Illamasqua.
The set design at the newly renovated Mural Hall was entitled New Age Harvest, complementing the autumn–winter campaign, which draws on the rural Outback location of Narrandera, NSW.
Myer CEO Bernie Brookes sat with designers Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton, Arthur Galan, Yeojin Bae, Jayson Brunsdon, Aurelio Costarella, Nicola Finetti, Leona Edmiston, Wayne Cooper, Kylie Radford and Nick Demkiw. Guests included Lauren Phillips, Rebecca Judd, Laura Dundovic, Nadia Coppolino, Daniel and Kelly Giansiracusa, Michael and Lindy Klim, Simone Callahan and Toby Roberts, Tom Hawkins, Zoë Badwi, Anthony Callea, Josh Gibson, Barry and Sophie Hall, Melanie Vellejo and Virginia Gay.
An after-party followed, with catering by the Big Group.
On Friday, March 2, Myer will have in-store parades and fashion and beauty workshops from 12.30 p.m. Shoppers can meet the Myer ambassadors from 2.30 p.m.
