København turned some of its streets in its inner city into a mile-long pink runway as the Copenhagen Fashion Festival came to a close.
Two hundred and twenty models took to what organizers called ‘The World’s Greatest Catwalk’ on a rainy København day, to show the public what they can expect in spring–summer 2011.
Eva Kruse, CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week, says the event is Denmark’s biggest international event, and that the festival is the world’s biggest in scope and visitor numbers.
On August 12, the Festival had a royal visitor: HRH Crown Princess Mary visited the venue and attended a catwalk show. She also serves as patron of the event.
