Model, author and presenter Nieves Álvarez is the face of Ourense, in a new campaign promoting thermal tourism in the Spanish province.
Photographed by Mario Sierra and styled by Fran Martos, the campaign took in locations at the Miño river, the Monterrei Fortress, the Prexigüeiro and Outariz open-air thermal baths, and the Roman ruins of Aquis Querquennis. It was directed by Hello Think.
Martos chose local designers such as Roberto Verino, Adolfo Domínguez and Purificación García.
‘It seems incredible that we are just over two hours away from the centre of Madrid by AVE,’ said Álvarez. She stressed that there is a ‘unique natural, architectural and historical wealth that is worth knowing.’
The campaign breaks in October.
