Jenny Craig continues to use star power to promote its programmes. In the US, it has announced that Nicole Sullivan (Rita Rocks) is its latest celebrity client; in Australasia, Australian Idol judge Ian Dickson (‘Dicko’) launches its Jen4Men programme.
Sullivan is targeting a loss of 16 kg (35 lb) to return to her pre-pregnancy weight.
Dickson is aiming at a slightly smaller 15 kg (33 lb) after weighing in at 104 kg (229 lb).
In promoting its diet for men, the company has warned that overweight or obese men are at greater risk of heart attacks, strokes or getting Type 2 diabetes.
