While one poll puts Cheryl Cole (left, in a L’Oréal promotional image) in second place after Kylie Minogue in terms of UK celebrity power, another has the Geordie songstress in first place: Condé Nast’s Glamour magazine’s UK edition poll on who is the best dressed.
Cole, 26, beat fellow singer Rihanna, who came in second.
Rounding out the top five were Gossip Girls’ Blake Lively and Leighton Meester, and TV presenter Alexa Chung. Dannii Minogue was in sixth.
Supermodel Kate Moss, surprisingly, dropped to seventh, after being in second place last year.
Victoria Beckham also fell from her 2009 position of third, to eighth place.
Beyoncé Knowles came in ninth, with Harry Potter actress Emma Watson, now the face of Burberry, in tenth.
The best dressed rankings were voted on by the public.
