Les Jupons de Tess is back with a spring–summer 2011 collection that is more than just elegant but also evocative and completely wearable.
The new season is inspired by its French heritage, going back to the luxury and ‘coquetterie’ of women in the 18th century.
With all figures in mind Les Jupons de Tess caters for every women and every occasion.
Not one to drop on quality, the collection still includes beautiful fabrics such as silk and French lace as well as the addition of unusual fabrics such as ostrich feather and dévorée lace in nude and black to add to the functionality of day-to-day wear.
Another great addition to the brand this season is the launch of its new and more affordable line LJT (below). Its base foundation is that of Les Jupons de Tess but with a softer, more youthful feel, incorporating soft and bright colours such as melon and mint attracting a younger clientèle through its youthful silhouettes.—Elle Hopper
