The Duchess of Cambridge and her brother-in-law Prince Harry both visited Team GB House in Stratford to congratulate athletes, meeting rowing gold medallists Andy Triggs Hodge, Kat Copeland and Sophie Hosking, and bronze-medal triathlete Jonny Brownlee.
Copeland told media that she had wanted to meet the Duchess and that she was very knowledgeable about the sport.
The Duchess wore a navy jacket with a white polo shirt, and jeans and wedges. She arrived at the venue after watching boxer Nicola Adams win a gold medal. The Prince, who was jovial during the visit, wore a white Team GB T-shirt and jeans, and went to the athletics afterwards.
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg also visited Team GB House today.
