Taking a leaf from Ryanair’s charity calendar, which saw nudity in its 2010 edition, a Spanish airline has followed suit—to raise funds after the airline’s bankruptcy.
Flight attendants from Air Comet have posed nude in a calendar designed to highlight the bankruptcy, which left nine unpaid payroll workers.
Posing with different parts of an aeroplane, the women have shed their uniforms. The calendar retails for €15, and can be purchased through Facebook and other outlets.
Twelve hundred units have been printed for sale. Presently the participants do not know if their costs will be covered.

Air Comet filed for bankruptcy on December 22, after accumulating debts of €100 million. Most workers began receiving their unemployment benefits earlier this month, though it still left several in the lurch.
Spanish media have generally been sympathetic, with fewer cries of political incorrectness, despite the objectification of the attendants.
