Lady Gaga is worldwide number one, with ‘Born This Way’ topping download charts

Lady Gaga has become the first download number-one, after topping the charts in 21 countries.
   Her new track, ‘Born This Way’, topped the charts within hours.
   At the Grammy Awards yesterday, Lady Gaga arrived inside a giant egg, and “hatched” from it when on stage.
   The stunt was meant to tie in to the name of her new track.
   Gaga, born Stefani Germanotta, won three Grammys: best female pop vocal, best video (both for ‘Bad Romance’), and best pop vocal album (for The Fame Monster).
