As part of their royal tour of Canada, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have gone head to head in a dragon boat race—with Prince William’s team the victor.
The couple were at Dalvay Lake on Prince Edward Island for the 200 ft race, where each team had 20 rowers.
Princess Catherine was enjoying herself, while a competitive Prince William appeared focused on winning.
The Prince proved less fortunate in a game of shinny (street hockey) in Yellowknife, in Canada’s Northeast Territories, when he took the penalties against a 6 ft 3 in goal minder, Calvin Lomen. Lomen managed to block all three shots
Their next stop is Slave Lake, Alberta.
