Above Lady Gaga sent this Twitpic to her fans from her Sydney hotel, captioned, ‘Aussie Mouse’.
Lady Gaga arrived on Saturday in Sydney, New South Wales, in preparation for a one-off concert to be held this Wednesday.
After her arrival in her private plane, a monochromatic Gaga, donning a black-and-white hairstyle, strutted across the runway to a waiting car wearing what appeared to be a Yves Saint Laurent dress and heels 30 cm (12 in) high.
The singer went from the airport to the Four Seasons Hotel at Circular Quay, from where she Tweeted a photograph of herself in silhouette, captioned ‘Aussie Mouse’ (top).
One thousand people are expected at the concert at the Sydney Town Hall. No tickets were sold: fans had to enter a draw on Facebook posting photographs showing how much they loved the singer.
Gaga will promote her latest album, Born This Way.
The cost of the concert is, according to Australian media, A$1 million.
Recently, Gaga has performed in Japan, Taiwan and Singapore.
